Rodger Bucchianeri formed Incline Capital, LLC to capitalize on real estate opportunities. He has a proven record of accomplishment as a skilled real estate developer and an astute investor. He oversaw all acquisitions and developments and promoted fundraising efforts through traditional lenders and private equity investors. Mr. Bucchianeri’s projects spanned ground-up grocery-anchored shopping centers, large mixed-use redevelopments and Manhattan residential projects.
Mr. Bucchianeri began his career as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, gaining an understanding of the financial intricacies of real estate, capital markets, venture capital and fixed income. He earned a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, triple-majoring in Real Estate, Finance, and Legal Studies. Mr. Bucchianeri has been a Guest Lecturer and frequent guest speaker at Wharton and has served as a mentor for undergraduate and MBA Real Estate majors through the Wharton Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center.
